Frequently asked questions

We are open from Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:00, and Friday 08:30 from 16:00. Coworking members are welcome to stay longer in case needed (although we encourage a good work-life balance!). 

Office and lab members have 24/7 hour access. Coworking members can also purchase 24/7 access for weekends and holidays.

Memberships are flexible with a three months minimum commitment (six months for Fixed Desk members). After this period, memberships can be canceled or changed with one month notice.

For offices, there is a 3 month cancellation period.

Members can visit and work from any Impact Hub in Germany for up to 3 days per month while on the road, as well as 3 days per year from any other Impact Hub in the world.

As a member you have access to free expert support hours offered by professionals from our member base, network, and partner networks – designed to help you tap into expert knowledge and boost your professional growth.

We bring our community together through various exciting formats:

  • Community Lunch: Every week, zero-waste, vegan, seasonal produce. Connect, share stories and be inspired!
  • Pastry Party: Every month we take some time to celebrate each other, share updates and eat delicious pastries.
  • Huberitivo: Our signature evening of alcoholic and non-alcoholic aperitivos, every 2 months and free for members. 

Yes you can! We are happy to offer company registration and mailing services for our members. Fixed Desk, Office and Lab members receive this perk for free. For our Explorer and Resident members, there is a small additional fee of €29/month.

Of course! We offer personal locker storage at €19-39/month depending on the size of the locker.

Easy! Just come to the Host Desk and ask for a monitor to borrow for the day. This is a free add-on available to all our members.
