Empower Now x TikTok
Empower Now, now in its second edition, is our programme rethinking social, economic, and political justice. Together with our partner TikTok, we empower FLINTA* individuals and allies to reshape a society that creates inclusion and belonging for all.
In 2024 we are running various events, workshops and programmes for young FLINTA* individuals and allies, with a focus on digital solutions for empowerment and participation.

Impact Incubator Climate Tech
Impact Incubator: Climate Tech is Impact Hub Berlin’s seven-month programme for Climate Tech solutions. We currently support five cutting-edge impact startups in the areas of Energy Efficiency, Green Building and Construction, Waste Management, Agriculture and Food Production, Carbon Capture and Utilization, and Circular Economy to grow their impact. We’re proud to be the trusted partner selected by the Senate of Berlin to design and execute this programme funded by the Berliner Startup Stipendium.
Our incubator is designed to support pre-seed startups’ growth and partnership readiness through customised individual coaching, access to collaborative community and coworking, exposure and marketing, monthly stipends to ensure financial security and full concentration on developing their projects, mentoring by experts with entrepreneurial or business experience, access to our corporate partners and other stakeholders within our network, as well as day-trips to meet Berlin’s key impact ecosystem players.
ImpAct Accelerator: Sustainable Food Systems x Bank of America
Together with our long-standing partner Bank of America, we are currently running the ImpAct Accelerator: Sustainable Food Systems. Our partner indicated interest in fostering meaningful long-term engagement with local innovation communities with a focus on circularity & sustainable food, keeping up with the fast pace of sustainable innovations in the face of major social and environmental crises. Together we are supporting impact entrepreneurs in the areas of fair value chains, regional food, AI, nature positive food, food system transparency, and sustainable gastronomy to scale their businesses. Impact Accelerator offered the participants masterclasses, a startup showcase, individual coaching, peer learning sessions, and other events.
Impact Accelerator: Sustainable Food Systems is the fifth programme we’ve designed and executed in partnership with Bank of America, following the success of four impactful editions of the incubation programme Feeding the City, which supported early-stage startups revolutionising the sustainable food field.
Thanks to our customised programmes, Bank of America has been establishing new connections with small agile companies, contributing to the local innovation ecosystem. What is more, Bank of America’s employees could embrace an innovation-focused ‘startup mindset’.
