Global Start Up Program Berlin 2025
The Global Start Up Program – Berlin Edition 2025 is a four-week launch pad designed to help Italian startups explore and expand into the German market. Delivered by Impact Hub Berlin and Feedel Ventures, and conceived and developed by the Italian Trade Agency (ITA), the program combines hands-on learning, mentoring, and real connections to the local ecosystem.
Hosted at Impact Hub Berlin, one of Germany’s leading startup communities for sustainable innovation, the program offers a mix of masterclasses, expert sessions, mentoring, and networking events. Participants dive deep into topics like go-to-market strategy, funding opportunities, legal frameworks, and cultural adaptation — all essential to successfully localise and scale their business in Germany.
Each team receives tailored support through 1-on-1 coaching, mentoring, and corporate visits, gaining access to a network of investors, founders, and innovation leaders. Key highlights include interactive sessions like Pitch & Pizza, Demo Day, and personalised introductions to potential partners.
By the end of the four weeks, startups leave Berlin with a validated market approach, a stronger local network, and a clearer path to sustainable growth — supported by the expertise of Impact Hub Berlin, the venture-building know-how of Feedel Ventures, and the global vision of ITA.
Investment Readiness Programme with Bank of America
Our 2025 investment readiness programme is delivered in collaboration with our investment readiness partner, Bank of America. The aim of the programme is to support impact-driven founders and their teams to become investment ready and secure finance – a milestone which remains particularly challenging for impact startups.
Together, we are helping to make impact work, at scale, by unlocking investment and facilitating strategic partnerships – shaping a sustainable and inclusive future for all.
The programme is open to all impact startups and professionals in our community, programmes and ecosystem.
Through this programme, we support participants to gain the knowledge and connections they need to be investment ready. How? Through: :
- Investor circles – connecting impact startups who are ready to scale with investors from our network
- Enabling events and workshops – designed to increase knowledge around investment readiness and facilitate connections
- Mentoring – by expert advisors from Bank of America, who volunteer their time to help startup teams prepare their financial planning for investment,
