SOAR (Supporting Our Artisans & Retailers) is a five-month, practice-oriented online program by Impact Hub Berlin in collaboration with TikTok Shop. It supports artists, artisans, small business owners, and creators across Germany in expanding their reach and strengthening their online presence. Designed to empower local creatives, SOAR helps participants turn their passion into sustainable online businesses — with a special focus on inclusion and accessibility.

SOAR is open to individuals from diverse backgrounds and industries — from fashion, beauty, and food to lifestyle products, art, and crafts. It encourages especially FLINTA* and underrepresented founders to join, creating a safe and supportive learning environment that celebrates creativity, diversity, and innovation.
