THE HOME OF IMPACT

What started out as a 100m2 coworking space in Berlin-Neukölln back in 2014 has become something we're proud to call the place-to-be for Berlin's impact entrepreneurs. But we offer more than a beautiful, sustainable space to work in. We've built a locally rooted and globally connected community working towards a more inclusive and greener world. In short, Impact Hub Berlin is where impactful ideas grow up.

 

Choose your membership

Looking for a coworking space that fits your values like a glove, within one of Berlin’s most buzzing neighbourhoods?Seeking connection to our resources, events, and an engaged community? Then we might be the space for you. 

Connect Membership

Best suited for those using the coworking space occasionally to once a week.

  • Access to our coworking space one day per month (flex desks), Mon-Fri 08:30-19:00
    + ability to purchase additional day passes
  • Connection to our local (450+) and global (25.000+) community
  • Access to our digital tools and member benefits & discounts
  • Access to our online and in-person events and programmes
  • Full access to our on-site facilities and amenities (free tea and coffee, host team, digital access key, high-speed wifi, showers, and more)
  • Use of call booths and meeting booths that fit up to 4 people
  • Optional company registration and mail service

Resident Membership

For those coming to our coworking space twice a week or more.

The same benefits as the Connect membership plus:

  • Access to our coworking space five days a week (flex desks), Mon-Fri 08:30-19:00
  • One free guest pass per month 
  • Ability to visit and work from any Impact Hub in Germany while on the road, as well as 3 days per year from any other Impact Hub in the world
  • Ability to purchase day passes for extra guests
  • Three sizes of personal lockers to rent (price varies)
  • Optional 24/7 access including weekends and holidays

Membership features

Both Resident and Connect members get access to our network, resources and events. With these features, our holistic offer connects, enables and inspires you and your business to create more impact.

  • Access to our Berlin coworking space, including wifi, printing, call booths, meeting booths (1-4 people), flex desks + lockers to rent, showers, and refreshments.
  • Additional meeting rooms with screens and conference call facilities, and a podcast recording booth are available to book for 19 EUR per hour (excluding VAT).

  • Member-only events at least three times per week, from community 'Kaffee & Kuchen' to ecosystem-focused panel discussions.
  • Monthly office hours with our resident consultants on business strategy, web development, fundraising and more.

  • Weekly newsletter with a curated selection of opportunities and exclusive perks for Berlin's impact entrepreneurs.
  • Access to our local Slack workspace and membership tool, and our global community platform.

FAQs

This is a common question! When you sign up as a member, there is a minimum commitment period of 3 months. After that, memberships can be canceled and/or changed with one month’s notice.

Memberships are non-transferable and we do not “pause” memberships. However, you are able to downgrade your membership if you go on holiday or are not using your membership for some time. The only exception is for serious illness or parental leave. Otherwise, you can cancel your membership but with no guarantee when/if you will be able to join again – we have a high demand!

Totally! Visits for up to 2 hours are possible without a Day Pass. For that, we kindly ask you to use our cafe or another non-coworking area. For meetings more than 2 hours and for guests who would like to enjoy our co-working area, you can either purchase Meeting Room hours or a Day Pass (prices listed above)

There are many ways in which members can meet and connect. We have 3 offline community events per week plus more depending on the week. Members also have access to an online member directory, a private Slack group, and a dedicated Community Team to help you meet other cool change makers.

Everyone in our community is impact orientated and we make sure to have a balanced community in terms of professional backgrounds. We aim for 85% of members working on impact, and 15% of people working with impact (i.e. design, media, insurance, etc.) As of 2022 and beyond, 70% of our members will have a focus in one of our four ecosystems: Sustainable Food, Circularity, Diversity & Inclusion and Green Tech

Team offices

Are you looking for an entire office for your team, instead of individual memberships? Then we have good news!

We are currently building two upper floors in our building, with room for 13 new team offices with 6 - 10 seats. The move-in date is expected to happen by early 2023, and the offices will be fully furnished, equipped, and ready to move in.
