What is Impact Hub Global? How does the global network relate to Impact Hub Berlin?

By being a member of Impact Hub Berlin, you are a member of all Impact Hubs around the world and can access them when visiting other cities. Impact Hub is a global community of people from every profession, background and culture working at ‘new frontiers’ to tackle the world’s most pressing social, cultural and environmental challenges.

As a member of Impact Hub Berlin you receive an Impact Hub Passport which generally allows you 1 free working day at any Impact Hub per month and then coworking discounts after that. Note that each Impact Hub is unique so please contact the local Host for details prior to your trip.

What does being a member at Impact Hub Berlin mean?

Membership at Impact Hub Berlin connects you to a community of over 100 members locally and over 11000 members globally, working across sectors from future technology to education, environmental sustainability to impact investment.

We offer a number of services to support you in your daily business needs including access to an inspiring workspace, a vibrant community and diverse events; facilities like a registered mailbox, printing and storage. But the real benefit of Impact Hubs is the open collaborative working environment. For more information about additional member services please see our membership page.

Membership comes with various benefits! We are working hard to bring our members a wide range of new services and discounts to save you both time and money. For example, members can take advantage of a pro-bono ‘business clinic’ session with Boston Consulting Group, or get help from our members with current problems they are facing at HUBpertivo.

Can I reserve a desk?

We have a few fixed desk membership options available. Get in touch with us if you’re interested in this option. Otherwise, all desks are flexible and work on a first-come-first-serve basis. We have lots of space and different working environments. Just pick what suits you best (on the day).

Can I bring guests into the space?

Yes. Members can hold meetings in our dynamic area for up to 4 people (including themselves) for a couple of hours at a time. For meetings larger than 4 people we kindly ask that you book into one of our meeting rooms. For more information about these please see our Book Our Space page.

Will I be able to take calls at Impact Hub Berlin?

Yes. Members generally take calls in the main, “Dynamic” co-working area and we also have phone/skype booths available for longer and private calls.  Please do not take calls in the “Focus” area.

Is there a minimum contract term?

No. Our memberships operate on a rolling monthly contract. If you would like to upgrade your tariff or add new team members you can do so immediately. For tariff downgrades and cancellations we ask for 30 days’ notice period. For more information about membership tariffs go here .

How do I apply for membership?

When you send us a membrship request, we’ll invite you for an informal interview / coffee chat to get to know each other and see if there’s a mutual fit.

How can I arrange to visit Impact Hub Berlin?

You are welcome to visit us anytime during the week (working hours), however perfect times to come are for our community lunches on Wednesday, Wine down on Fridays or any other public events. Give us a shout if you’d like to pop in!

How do I get to Impact Hub Berlin?

We are located on the 1st floor on Friedrichstraße 246 above Rossmann. Nearest U-Bahn station is Hallesches Tor, exit at Friedrichstrasse. If you would like to visit please contact us.

Are there car parking facilities?

Unfortunately we don’t have car parking facilities here but you can ususally find a spot nearby in Franz-Klühs-Strasse. We do have a special parking rack for bikes right outside our building. Go green!
