Purpose-driven startups are tackling some of the most urgent challenges of our time and they can’t do it alone.
We know that collaboration is key for systemic change, which is why for over 10 years now we’ve been empowering purpose-driven entrepreneurs and building a strong impact ecosystem of changemakers, investors, policymakers, researchers, and mentors like you!
Mentoring purpose-driven founders is a chance to give back in a meaningful way. By sharing your experience pro-bono, you’re not just helping early-stage startups build their businesses – you’re becoming part of the solution, of the collective effort to build a future you would want to be a part of.
Shake things up, gain fresh perspectives, expand your network, connect with inspiring like-minded individuals, and grow alongside motivated changemakers.

For us, an ideal mentor doesn’t follow a strict profile. The most successful mentors share a passion for knowledge-sharing and collaboration. Common mentor backgrounds include but are not limited to:
✅ Topic experts (specific industry knowledge)
✅ Investors (VCs, angels, ecosystem builders)
✅ Senior industry professionals
✅ Academia & policy makers
✅ Serial entrepreneurs
✅ Business skills coaches
Your time commitment as a mentor is fully up to you.
You and the founder/startup will determine your meeting schedule together based on their needs and your availability.
In our experience, mentors typically spend about one hour every two weeks with a team participating in a three-month programme.
We run a variety of startup support programmes, ranging from sustainable fashion and food to climate tech and DEI. The startups we work with are always looking for experts to help guide them through specific challenges. Explore our programmes here.
