Challenge

How might we build an active community amongst employees and clients of Bethmann Bank that rethinks social responsibility and collaborates towards a better future.

 

Project

• In collaboration with Bethmann Bank (BB), Impact Hub Berlin will conduct a survey across BB clients to analyse the status quo, the opportunities and the barriers to social responsibility within their networks
• Based on the survey results, Impact Hub Berlin will design an interactive event format that engages BB clients with the topic of social responsibility and encourages their collaboration across projects
• Selected employees of BB will be invited to Berlin for an Impact Safari to emerge themselves in the local social innovation ecosystem and learn from leading social entrepreneurs
• Bethmann Bank will become an Organizational Member at Impact Hub Berlin, gaining access to the community of changemakers in Germany and beyond
