ServicesVideo & Photography Spread the outreach of your event with an impactful film that will be sure to excite the community about your event even more! We work with an array of film makers and photographers who we are happy to recommend upon request. Facilitation & Moderation The Impact Hub Berlin has an excellent pool of expert moderators, trainers and facilitators that can advise you on the format of your event and can design / facilitate / moderate it. We also have access to graphic recorders who can capture the output of your event in a creative visual form.

Can I set the space up by myself?
Yes, you can. We have one thumb rule: simply return the space to its original condition after use. We provide training for space optimization and sound equipment (15 min session), so make sure to come in prior to your event so that we can sort you out. We recommend to plan enough time before and after the event so that you can set up the space according to your needs.
Which payment methods are available?
So far we can accept bank transfers as well as cheques.
What is the cancellation policy?
We appreciate the cancellation information as early as possible. In general cancellation charges will apply as follows:
More than 2 weeks: Free of charge
Less than 2 weeks: 50% charge
3 days prior to event: 100% charge
How do I change a booking?
If you decide to move the date of the event, you may do so, pending availability, and any non-refundable booking fees will be applied to the new booking.
When is an event confirmed?
Please confirm your booking via the confirmation button in the offer email.
How do I book an event?
Please send us your inquiry here and inform us about the event details (dates, time, space, purpose, attendees etc) so that we can get back to you with an offer. Your event is confirmed as soon as you have clicked the confirmation button in the offer email. Please take a look at our cancellation policies. We’ll send you an invoice via email after the event.
Is there parking in front of the Impact Hub Berlin?
There is no parking directly in front of the venue.
I’d like to prepare before the event, when and where can I do that?
You are welcome to come into the space prior to your event. As long as there is no back-to-back booking, you may also use the space before your event.
How can I receive access to the space outside opening hours?
You are welcome to use our space outside of office hours. In this case, will charge for extra support staff to help you out with anything you need during your event.
What types of events can happen at the Impact Hub Berlin?
Any educational or professional event that is associated with our core values is welcome. If you need a nice, light show-room for amazing shots, you can also get in touch with us. We do not host birthday parties, weddings, fashion shows or anything related to flying confetti.
Is there an introduction on how to use the technology before the event?
On Mondays-Fridays from 9am – 6pm our hosts as well as team members can show you how to use our equipment. Still, in order to keep things as relaxed as possible, it’s best to ask for instructions beforehand or to come by for tech briefing before your event. Also, there is a step-by-step tech guide that we’ll also be happy to send you in advance.
What other services does Impact Hub Berlin offer?
Depending on your needs we can offer the following services for an additional fee: Technical Equipment (Beamer, Microphone etc), Catering recommendations, Furniture (chairs, tables etc), Workshop Equipment and Material and additional staff to support your event.
Are discounts available?
We have clear discount rates for members as well as to customers who plan to do multiple bookings. Additionally, we offer a quota for special cases that can be sponsored by the Impact Hub Berlin – add a clear reasoning in your inquiry and we will see if you are eligible for a discount.
Is there an obligatory cleaning fee?
The cleaning fee is included in our rental costs. Nonetheless, you’re obliged to leave the facilities as they were when you arrived.
How much does it cost to rent a space at Impact Hub Berlin?
In case you are a member please note that a discount rate applies. We also offer discounts for multiple bookings – so just get in touch. Please note that all prices exclude VAT.
Event Space: 800 EUR full day / 600 EUR half day
Innovation Lab: 400 EUR full day / 300 EUR half day
Café Area: 400 EUR full day / 300 EUR half day
Focus Area: 600 EUR full day / 400 EUR half day
Meeting Room: 200 EUR full day / 150 EUR half day
